Grilled Fruit Skewers

Ingredients

red apple cut in 1 inch cubes 1
Pear cut into 1 inch cubes 1
cut into 1 inch cubes pineapple 1 cup
A handful of red grapes 1
Strawberries cut into half 6-7
For Marinade 1
On1y Fruit Seasoning 1 tbsp
lime juice 1 tsp
chili powder ¼ tsp
sugar ½ tsp
extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp
fresh parsley, chopped 1 tbsp

METHOD

  1. Wash cut the fruits. In a large bowl, mix them and keep aside.
  2. For the marinade add all the ingredients an mix well. Apply this paste onto skewers and keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil into flat pan and cook skewers 3 minutes each side.
