Pickled Pineapple & Cabbage Relish |

Ingredients -

  • Canned Pineapple – 2 slices, diced fine
  • White cabbage – 2 tbsp Diced fine
  • Jalapeño – 1 tbsp, diced fine
  • On1y Salad seasoning 1 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste

Procedure -

  • Combine all the ingredients and toss well. Keep aside to rest till required.
  • Assembling
  • Take your taco shell/Vol au vents/ canapes and spoon the curried pulled paneer filling.
  • Top with shredded lettuce and drizzle over some Sriracha mayo.
  • Serve with the fruit relish alongside
