For Italian curd & Chutney |
- Jalapenos – 3-4tbsp chopped
- Coriander – 8-10tbsp
- Green chillies – 2gm
- Hung curd – ½ cup
- Lime juice
- Add Italian seasoning
- Grind Jalapenos, Coriander, Green Chillies & Lime Juice. Remove this into 2 bowls.
- In one Bowl Add Hung Curd and Italian Seasoning
- In one bowl add water and make like a chutney in the injection.
- In a kulhad break tikkis at the bottom, add chickpeas, pomegranate, masala peanuts.
- Top with Italian curd and sev, Inject with the chutney and serve
