For Italian curd & Chutney |

Ingredients -

  • Jalapenos – 3-4tbsp chopped
  • Coriander – 8-10tbsp
  • Green chillies – 2gm
  • Hung curd – ½ cup
  • Lime juice
  • Add Italian seasoning

Procedure -

  • Grind Jalapenos, Coriander, Green Chillies & Lime Juice. Remove this into 2 bowls.
  • In one Bowl Add Hung Curd and Italian Seasoning
  • In one bowl add water and make like a chutney in the injection.
  • In a kulhad break tikkis at the bottom, add chickpeas, pomegranate, masala peanuts.
  • Top with Italian curd and sev, Inject with the chutney and serve
