Green peas and spinach soup |

Ingredients -

  • Onion minced – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic clove – 1 tbsp
  • Peas – 50 gm blanched
  • Spinach -1 bunch blanched
  • Potato – 1 piece
  • Veg stock – 2 cup (as per required consistency)
  • Only 1 soup seasoning
  • Only 1 black pepper and pink salt seasoning
  • Sour cream – 1 tbsp

Procedure -

  • Blend blanched spinach, boiled potato and blanched peas and by adding little veg stock
  • In a pan sauté onion, garlic and the ground paste, Add stock and adjust consistency.   • Season with soup seasoning, black pepper and pink salt
  • Serve in a bowl with a drizzle of sour cream and parsley for garnish
